The Homework Notebook (Cahier de Texte)

Each student should have a proper homework notebook (Cahier de Texte), not an Agenda. Students should make sure that the homework notebook (Cahier de Texte) is kept clean and legible. Each assignment should be noted as follows on the correct day page and with the date when it is due.

Example

Notice that abbreviations may be used

• Ex. = exercise

• P. = page

• Ques. = question(s)

• Chap. = chapter

These abbreviations can be used in both French and English.
Make sure that the subject is clearly underlined. Also, draw a line between each entry – use a ruler!
When you have completed your assignment, put a line through it, using a ruler.
