Current and Resistance

Resistance in a circuit limits the current which can flow.

Current is measured in Amps.

MORE RESISTANCE means LESS CURRENT

To calculate the resistance of a component:

Resistance = Voltage/Current

The unit of resistance is the OHM

LEARN THE RESISTOR COLOUR CODE !!
Test yourself by using an ohm-meter.
